Yup! And it is the cinematics that make the game for me. I love playing in an interactive flick. Not only do you get an awesome story, you also get one of the best game play experiences ever. it's MGS folks, it is going to be great.

It would seem that the game is a solid 7. If anything, user reviews make more sense since we gamers take games at face value and have no corporates to please.
Other than to say it is a crap list of some idiots idea of lost hype. He is disappointed in games that were great but perhaps did not live up to the hype. This is the bad side of hype rearing is ugly face. People buy into the hype, hold high expectations then when the game is released and does not keep up with their misguided fantasies of the game then they say it was a disappointment. Sorry, but people just need to play the games and enjoy them for what they are and ignore the hype.
Will have to agree. I don't play video games so I can stay fit. I play them for the visual stimulant and for the large portions of R&R and Coke that it helps me consume. I have two kids and they keep me running enough to keep my boyish figure. 6 foot 2 inches and 175 pounds later, I feel as fit as I am going to get and don't need some Wii fit to help me there.
Sorry, but posting up a lame article that makes false claims is just pathetic. We all know that the XBLA is in a sad state of affairs with their limitations. If they were to open it up and make it unlimited then yeah, they would dominate but due in part to their size restrictions, they will never produce games in the league of SSD:HD, GT5:P, Warhawk and many more.
And yet they gave it the same pathetic score as some of the real dogs out there. Sorry, but IGN has no cred these days and it makes me wonder what it takes to keep crap sites like IGN running. Haze is a solid 7 out of 10 and everybody knows it. To score the game with the likes of a History Channel game is absolutely absurd.
It's a Day One Purchase for me.

Sorry, but having both the 360 and PS3 won't convince me to buy this crap. No matter what system it comes out on, I will pass on it just for the sake of a poor name in game developement. It's the same routine I have when it comes to Uwe Boll movies.
Just as I thought the game would get. At least a 7 is a far more believable score than some of the pathetic reviews giving it a 4. Sorry, but anything less than 7 is just asking for a calling of pure shens.
I still put them in the same boat as the bad ones. They are only opinions. I have rented games that recieved great reviews only to hate them and have bought games that were rated poorly and loved them. I have a feeling this will be another Lair. I saw Lair getting such poor reviews and yet bought the game and hav eplayed it through twice now. I will be renting this one and if it is a good romp with buddies, I see no reason why not to buy it.
Have you played it? The first poster here says otherwise and he has played it so what about you guys? Have you played the retail version or are there just a few too many sheep here going by reviews and a year old demo? Anybody?

I know for a fact that this game is no better than a 7 but for god sakes, it should in no way get as low as a 4.5. As for graphics, sorry but I played Blacksite, and if this get's any lower than that then these guys set their expectations too high and are only giving it low marks for their own personal let down.
The screen of the rock cliff is amazingly better.
Especially if they get more great games to more gamers via multiplatform. This is great news for those who have not played the game and for those of us that have... Even better!
